ESD Rubber Mats

ESD Rubber Mats are .060" thick and has two layers, top one is a blue static dissipative rubber layer laminated to a black conductive rubber bottom layer. Surface resistivity of the top layer is 108 – 109 and bottom layer is 105 – 106. This ESD Rubber Mat offers excellent resistance to oil, grease and most common solvent. This Mat is very light compared to our single layer and three layer mats.

Applications: Aerospace, Electronic Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Plants, Fiber Optics and Hospitals.

ESD High Temperature Rubber Mats have a blue static dissipative rubber layer laminated at the top with a black conductive rubber layer at the bottom. Resistance from Surface to Ground able point Rtg 8x106 and Resistance between two points on Surface Rtt is 2x107. Charge Decay time is <0.01 seconds. These mats are 80 mil thick and has Tensile Strength of 1000 psi. These ESD Rubber mats offers excellent resistance to oil, grease and most common solvent. They offer excellent resistance to hot solders and soldering irons. Meets ESD-S20.20 and ESD 4.1 standards.

Applications: Table Top use to provide static safe work surface for static sensitive products in Aviation, Cleanrooms, Computer Operators, Computer Technicians, Electronic, Fiber Optics, Hospitals and Pharmaceutical Industries in high temperature setting.
