ESD Vinyl Mats also known as ESD three layer mats are .093" thick and are ideal for static dissipative and flexible work surfaces. It has a solid vinyl, homogeneous construction with a buried conductive layer which provides superior physical and electrical qualities. These mats are considered to be our highest quality mat and the best at maintaining an ESD Safe environment. Meets ASTM D412, D624, D2240 and ESD S4.1-1997 standards. Surface resistivity is 107 – 108. Temperature resistance to 1600F.

Applications: Electronic Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Plants, Cleanrooms, Fiber Optics, Aerospace and Hospitals
