ESD Mat Kits
are available in general purpose ESD Vinyl material, Two Layer ESD Rubber material and Three Layer ESD material. They are cut to 2’ x 3’ and 2’ x 4’ sizes and have 3/8’ (10mm) female snaps on long edge of the mat. A wrist strap and 15’ ground cord are included as part of the kit.

ESD Single Layer Mat
is a single layer mat made of homogeneous Static Dissipative Vinyl material. Meets the requirements MIL-HDBK-263, and MIL-STD-1686. It is low cost, durable, easy to cut and reversible. Surface resistivity is 10⁸ – 10⁹ Ohms. Available in rolls or cut mats with snaps.

Application:  Work surface, Table Top

ESD Two Layer Mat
are made of static dissipative and conductive Rubber material. Green Mats indicuate Lead Free Work Areas. Excellent resistance to solvents, hot solder and soldering irons. Meets the requirements ESD 4.1, ESD standard 20.20, MIL-HDBK-263, and MIL-STD-1686. It is low cost, durable, easy to cut and reversibleSurface resistivity of top layer is 10⁶– 10⁸ and bottom is 10³ 10⁵. Available in rolls or cut mats with snaps.

ESD Three Layer Mat
is ideal for static dissipative and flexible work surfaces. A solid vinyl, homogeneous construction with a buried conductive layer in between provides a superior physical and electrical qualities. Meets ESD S4.1-1997 standards. Surface resistivity is 10⁷ - 10⁸ Ohms
