 Cleanroom Rubber Mats are .060 inches thick and has two layers, top one is a blue static dissipative rubber layer laminated to a black conductive rubber bottom layer. Surface resistivity of the top layer is 108 – 109 and bottom layer is 105 – 106. This ESD Rubber Mat offers excellent resistance to oil, grease and most common solvent. This Mat is very light compared to our single layer and three layer mats.

 Cleanroom Sticky Mats are made of multi-layered clean-film with adhesive. These mats effectively capture dirt and dust from foot-traffic and equipment wheels before they enter controlled environments. Each of the layers of the mat peels off easily to reveal a new clean surface. Sticky mats significantly reduce traffic-borne contaminants, removing up to 95% of particles at the .30 micron range. When one layer is saturated with debris, simply peel it off and discard, leaving a fresh layer of protection. Reduce maintenance and cleaning costs by greatly decreasing the amount of dirt contamination.An acrylic adhesive is used which does not support microbial growth. They are packages as 30 disposable layers in box and sold as a case of 8 boxes or 240 mats. Available colors are White and Blue. Frame is not included.
