 ESD General Purpose Mats are .093 inches thick and are made of a single layer homogenous Polymer Mix. They are designed to provide static safe work surface for static sensitive products. These antistatic Mat kits are low cost, durable, easy to cut and are reversible. Surface resistivity is 108 – 109. Meets ASTM D412, D1004, D2240-75 and ESD S4.1-1997 standards. Service temperature is -200 F to +1600
 Application: Aviation, Cleanroom, Computer Operators, Computer Technicians, Electronic assembly, Fiber Optics manufacturing, Hospitals and Pharmaceutical Industries.

 ESD Rubber Mats are .060" thick and has two layers, top one is a blue static dissipative rubber layer laminated to a black conductive rubber bottom layer. Surface resistivity of the top layer is 108 – 109 and bottom layer is 105 – 106. This ESD Rubber Mat offers excellent resistance to oil, grease and most common solvent. This Mat is very light compared to our single layer and three layer mats.
Applications: Aerospace, Electronic Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Plants, Fiber Optics and Hospitals.

 ESD Vinyl Mats are .093" thick and are ideal for static dissipative and flexible work surfaces. It has a solid vinyl, homogeneous construction with a buried conductive layer which provides superior physical and electrical qualities. These mats are considered to be our highest quality mat and the best at maintaining an ESD Safe environment. Meets ASTM D412, D624, D2240 and ESD S4.1-1997 standards. Surface resistivity is 107 – 108. Temperature resistance to 1600F.
